Gorgeous Sky Above Us

 I think working at my desk at night is very pleasing because I am less likely to get distracted. Unless I do it to myself. My Etsy store (www.etsy.com.chinmayo) is taking volumes of time BUT  I am also hopeful that this will pan out for sustaining one who believes in a mission statement.

 My mission statement is: Heal the World Through Music and Art , and this is quite a mandate. 

 It still feels right, since it was chosen as the beacon toward which I point my energy. My true north, for whatever it is worth , wether or not I succeed does not really matter.  I mean it does matter because having enough money to pay the bills and to thrive rather than just survive is important.

But what I mean is that my life took on a more refined purpose when I hitched myself to this Star. I look at each project that comes calling to me with the essential gift of scrutinizing it by asking ,"Does this fall into my mission statement?"  And then easily and effortlessly their is clarification, it is either yes or no.

It is a gift to serve the world in the small manner that I am privileged to serve. Through hosting shows at the Port of Friday Harbor for the past ten years and to be blest with getting to hear a wide panoply of talented people. Yet also to share the wealth of talent I have been given in Art as well , I am truly thankful.
